How our Denver pricing works

Denver-area garage door pricing has three moving parts: the part cost, labor time, and whether it's a same-day emergency. We publish ranges instead of a single number because door height (7' vs 8'), spring size, and opener brand all shift the total.

The most common call we run is a broken torsion spring — usually $285–$425 for a matched pair, done in about 45 minutes. If only one has broken but the second is the same age, we recommend replacing both; a solo spring is almost always weeks away from failing too.

See our full 2026 pricing guide for line-by-line detail, or read why spring replacement costs what it does.
