What affects your final price?

Spring cycle rating

A standard 10,000-cycle spring is cheaper up front but lasts 5–7 years. We default to 18,000–25,000-cycle springs, which last 12–18 years on a typical Denver home and are worth the $35–$60 upgrade.

Door size & weight

Insulated double-car doors (16'×7') need larger springs and stronger openers than single-car doors. Older 8'×7' single-car doors in Wash Park or the Highlands are typically at the bottom of each price range.

Brand & part availability

LiftMaster, Chamberlain, and Genie parts are stocked on every truck. Wayne Dalton TorqueMaster and older Sears Craftsman openers sometimes require ordering — we'll tell you up front.

Pricing FAQ

Why is my quote different from what I see online?

Most 'starting at $89' ads cover only the service call — not parts or labor. Our prices above include the full repair: parts, labor, and balance check.

Do you charge a service-call fee if I decline the repair?

No. We give you a flat-rate quote on-site, and if you decline, you owe nothing. We only charge once you approve the work.

Are these prices for Denver only?

These are typical prices across the Denver metro — Aurora, Lakewood, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Westminster, Thornton, and Arvada. Boulder and far south metro may add a small drive fee.

Do you finance bigger jobs?

Yes — we offer 0% financing for 12 months on full door installations through Synchrony. Ask your tech for details on-site.
