Frequently asked questions

How much does garage door spring replacement cost in Denver?
A standard double-door torsion spring pair replacement runs $280–$420 all-in across the Denver metro. That includes both springs (we always replace in pairs), labor, balance check, and lifetime warranty on the springs.
Do you offer same-day garage door repair?
Yes. For calls before noon we're on-site the same day across Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Centennial, Thornton, Westminster, Arvada, Highlands Ranch, Englewood, and Littleton. Emergency dispatch runs 24/7.
How long does a new garage door opener installation take?
About 2–3 hours on site. That includes removing the old unit, mounting the new LiftMaster / Chamberlain / Genie, programming remotes and Wi-Fi, and testing the safety reverse.
Is battery backup required on new openers in Colorado?
Yes — Colorado state law (SB-18-237) has required battery backup on all new garage door opener installations since 2019. We include it on every install.
Can you match a single damaged panel instead of replacing the whole door?
Usually, yes. For most Clopay, Amarr, CHI, and Wayne Dalton doors we can source a matched replacement panel if the door design is still in production. For discontinued designs we'll show you the closest match before you commit.
What areas do you cover?
Denver proper plus Aurora, Lakewood, Centennial, Thornton, Westminster, Arvada, Highlands Ranch, Englewood, Littleton, Boulder, and the surrounding Front Range.
